An outside left, who made his debut for the Rovers on 22 November 1913, having previously played for Willenhall Swifts.
After a couple of seasons with the Rovers his career was interrupted by the First World War, where he almost certainly served his country.
After the war he played for Halesowen Town in the 1920-21 season.
