An inside left, who joined Rovers at the star of the 1927/28 season.
For two seasons he was an integral part of a free scoring Rovers team, who with centre forward George Bushnell, could be relied on to find the net.
He played in the 1928/29 Worcestershire Senior Cup Final, where Rovers lost 3-2 to Worcester City. He scored.
He was unable to command a place in the side in the 1929/30 Season and he moved to Brierley Hill Alliance in April 1930.
