William "Bill" Juggins was a right half who joined Rovers in March 1929. He had been playing local football for Stoke Recreation. He had also previously played for Bromsgrove L.M.S. and Sidemoor United.
He played in the 1928/29 Worcestershire Senior Cup Final, where Rovers lost 3-2 to Worcester City.
He began the 1929/30 season as the regular left-half. He had a brief spell with Redditch Town in December 1929 before returning to the Rovers ranks the following month. He was constantly moved between the forward and half-back lines for the remainder of the season.
He was unable to command a regular place in the side in the 1930/31 season.
