An outside right who joined Rovers as an amateur player at the start of the 1930/31 season. He made a solitary appearance that season, before returning to the side at the start of the 1931/32 campaign, where he was a regular in the side.
In the 1932/33 season his appearances were more sporadic and he joined for Catshill Village Hall in the 1933/34 campaign.
He returned to the Rovers ranks in the war affected reduced Birmingham Combination in the 1939/40 season.
