A left back who first appeared for Rovers in February 1934. He had previously played for Bewdley in the Worcestershire Combination.
He was one of a number of players tried at left back in what was a successful season for the Rovers when they finished 4th in the Birmingham Combination.
He was the brother of Rovers forward L. "Sandy" Webster who played for the Rovers from 1930-31.
