HALESOWEN PLAYER TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
Having played a draw last Saturday Halesowen and Bromsgrove met again at Halesowen today before a large attendance.

Bromsgrove won the toss and the visitors defended the Stourbridge-road end.
Play opened at a fast pace and Halesowen forced a corner which was cleared.
Vaughan, the Halesowen left-half, was injured, and taken to hospital with a fractured collar-bone.
During an attck by Bromsgrove the home goalkeeper made three brilliant saves in quick successsion. From a free kick O'Mahoney hit the home bar.
Play fluctuated and both defences were fully tested.
Halesowen with a weakened team did well to keep the visitors from scoring.
At 40 minutes MEANEY, after beating three players, scored for the homesters.
